Michigan Warriors Holding Try-Out Camp this Weekend.

The Michigan Warriors, the defending 2011 NAHL North Division Playoff Champion and Robertson Cup Finalists will be holding a try-out camp as the team starts preparations for the upcoming 2011-12 North American Hockey League season.

The Warriors Director of Scouting Tom Boileau and General Manager/Head Coach Moe Mantha will be holding the camp at Iceland Arena in Flint. Iceland Arena is located at 1160 South Elms Road, Flint, MI 48532.

The Warriors will have players competing on 4 teams that will play in a round-robin format with games Friday night thru Sunday morning.

The Camp will begin with practices on Friday June 10 from 10:00 Am till 1:00pm, and Games Friday night starting at 5:00pm thru 8:00pm. On Saturday Jun 11, games once again will be held in the morning and evening, from 9:00 AM thru Noon and from 5:00-8:00pm.

On Sunday June 12, there will be games from 9:30 am to 12:30pm.

Moe Mantha, Tom Boileau and the rest of the Warriors coaching staff and scouting department will be on hand to evaluate the players. Also attending the camp will be several of the returning players from the Warriors 2010-11 hockey season.

All practices and games will be open to the public, with members of the Warriors Front Office staff on hand with Season ticket and Billet housing information available for the upcoming season.
