Miami Bahama All Pro Show Signs The Trio

November 20, 2007 - American Basketball Association (ABA)
Bahama Pro Show News Release

Miami, FL. ABA Miami's Bahama All Pro Show has signed three more players, this time it's all local talent and they are known in the area as "The Trio," which includes Terence, Sylbrin and Felipe. The people of Miami will have a lot of be proud this season as three more of their favorite sons will be showcasting their talent in the ABA.

The Trio has extensive involved in basketball in Miami. Sylbrin Robinson led Miami High to three state titles, he played college ball at FIU, Northeastern University and Odessa (Texas) Junior College. Terence Shelman played with Miami Northeastern and was a major force with two Florida teams in the ABA. Felipe Barrios dominated the college scene at Barry University as a leading scorer and team leader.

"Together, these three basketball stars have unified to bring a championship home to the most deserving fans in sports today, the fans of Miami," said team owner Ricardo Smith. "They have spent all their lives in Miami with the full support of their communities and now they want to reward them."

"I am pleased with The Trio. They remind me of the old western movies when three of the hottest guns come riding into town to settle a score," added Smith. "This mission is noble and they want to reward the fans that have stuck with them over the years, even from high school, and that's really a good thing. I have seen them at work, they look good, the ABA will definitely have to take note of them. When I look at "The Trio," "Flyin" Ryan and a couple of other players we have coming aboard, I see a championship and the march begins in Macon, Georgia on December 1st when we take on the Georgia Gwizzlies."

"We have traveled this road before, all three of us," stated Shelman. We know the city of Miami and this city knows us so we know what we have to do in the ABA to get the championship trophy." Robinson added, "We are brothers in this game, we are three in one, we are "The Trio" and we will make Miami and the people of the Bahamas proud." "I really like playing with both Terence and Sylbrin, added Barrios, "They work so hard, they put a whole lot of time into the game. I am going to do everything I can to make sure we capture a championship. The ABA had better pay attention, Miami is in the house."

Get set - December 1st and 2nd - as the Miami Bahama All Pro Show gets "the show on the road." For more information, email rbsmith_2002@yahoo.com or visit www.abalive.com.
