Mavs Top Power Rankings Again
Published on December 15, 2009 under American Basketball Association (ABA) News Release
Indianapolis, IN. The Southeast Texas Mavericks maintained its number one position in the ABA Power Rankings as they've kept their winning streak alive and continue undefeated through Sunday's games. "Steve Tucker said before the season that he had one of his best teams ever," stated Joe Newman, ABA CEO, "and he is certainly proving it during the first few weeks in one of the toughest divisions in the ABA. And he's won a couple of out-of-division games against very strong South Central opponents. Definitely an impressive start." And we have some new teams ranked this week based on their open week performances. Things are really shaping up."
