Maryland Black Bears Hockey Team to Spice Things up Again with OLD BAY, Route One Apparel

Odenton, MD - The Maryland Black Bears hockey team, members of the North American Hockey League, announce a special partnership with iconic Maryland brands, OLD BAY ® and Route One Apparel. On Saturday, January 27th at Piney Orchard Ice Arena (8781 Piney Orchard Pkwy, Odenton, MD 2113), the Black Bears will wear limited-edition OLD BAY ® themed jerseys to take on the New Jersey Titans at 7:30 p.m.

The game-worn jerseys feature the black and yellow colors of the home team with the iconic yellow, blue, and red marks of OLD BAY. Fans can place bids in an online jersey auction, to be announced on social media.

All proceeds from the auction will be donated to the Maryland Food Bank.

"The Maryland Black Bears are proud to once again partner with OLD BAY and Route One Apparel. The response last season was overwhelming and we are excited to repeat this fan-favorite event and highlight these iconic brands, staples of Maryland culture and pride," said Black Bears President Chris Rogers. "Additionally, we could not be happier to help out Maryland Food Bank again this year through our specialty jersey auction."

The jersey was designed in collaboration with Route One Apparel, a company specializing in Maryland Pride clothing and accessories.
