
Marshals Lose Late To Bombers 10-6

Last night (July 4, 2015) the Brazos Valley Bombers traveled to Reverchon Park in Dallas to face the Texas Marshals. Both teams were tied going into the ninth inning when the Bombers scored four runs in the top of the ninth inning. The Marshals were unable to score in the bottom of the ninth inning, with the final score being 10-6.

CJ Gregory earned the victory, now leading the TCL with seven wins on the season and a league-leading 0.36 ERA. Connor McMann earned the loss, giving up 3 runs in 1-1/3 innings of relief.
Matt Hilston led the Bombers' offense going 2-for-5 with a walk and a three-run home run in the first inning. For the Marshals, Zach Hardy went 4-for-5 with two doubles and a RBI.
Tonight's game will feature the same two teams with a starting time of 7:05pm. The game will be played at Reverchon Park again. Here are directions to the field:
