
Marcus Capers, Jamal Reynolds Named Players of the Week

The National Basketball League of Canada is pleased to announce that Marcus Capers of the London Lightning has been named Player of the Week for the week ending March 31, 2019.
Capers, a 6'4" guard who played collegiately at Washington State, averaged 22.5 points and 11.0 rebounds in the Lightning's two victories, ensuring London its eighth consecutive winning season, the longest stretch in NBL Canada history.
The National Basketball League of Canada is also pleased to announce that Jamal Reynolds of the Cape Breton Highlanders has been named Canadian Player of the Week for the week ending March 31, 2019.
This is the second time this season that Reynolds has earned this honour.
Reynolds, a 6'4" guard who played collegiately at Canisius (N.Y.), averaged 22.5 points and 11.0 rebounds in the Highlanders' two victories, which allowed Cape Breton to advance to the postseason for the first time in the franchise's three-year history.
