Marauders to Raise Funds for Assist the Officer Foundation of Dallas

Bradenton, Fla. - Bradenton Marauders will raise funds to benefit the Assist the Officer Foundation of Dallas at the team's annual Public Safety Day game on Sunday, July 10. Money raised will benefit the families of the five brave Dallas Police Department officers killed in Thursday's horrific attack. The Marauders host the Brevard County Manatees at 1:00 p.m. Gates open at 12:00 p.m.

The Marauders will donate $2 from every ticket sold to Sunday's game. Additional donations to the Assist the Officer Foundation will be accepted at the box office, the team merchandise store, and the guest relations booth. All money generated at the prize wheel will also be donated.

July 10 is a Family Fun Sunday. Kids 12 and younger can run the bases after the game in the Kids Fun Run presented by Mosaic. Sunday's game will be followed by the annual Bradenton Police Department vs. Bradenton Fire Department softball game.
