Marauders to Conduct Clinic at Miracle League on Saturday, August 13

The Bradenton Marauders will host a clinic at the Miracle League of Manasota Field in Sarasota. Marauders players will instruct Miracle Leaguers in hitting, running, fielding, throwing, and running the bases. After the clinic, the Marauders will sign autographs and pose for pictures with participants. Members of the media are invited to cover the clinic. Miracle Leaguers that attend the clinic will receive complimentary tickets to the Marauders game against the St. Lucie Mets that night at McKechnie Field.
The Miracle League of Manasota is a 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to providing an opportunity for all children to play baseball, regardless of their ability. The organization maintains a synthetic surfaced baseball facility where children challenged by all forms of disabilities can be empowered to participate in the sport of baseball.
The Marauders and their parent club, the Pittsburgh Pirates, have been longtime supporters of the Miracle League. The Pirates and the Baltimore Orioles partnered to make funding available for the construction of the Miracle League of Manasota field, which opened on March 17, 2012.
