Machine Unveil New Uniforms
COLUMBUS, Ohio - The Ohio Machine have unveiled their new home and away uniforms for the 2018 season. On Sunday, April 29, the team will debut the entire home uniform when they take on the New York Lizards at Fortress Obetz. The team will debut the entire away uniform when they take on the Charlotte Hounds on May 26 at American Legion Memorial Stadium.
The jersey is now available for purchase online at the Ohio Machine Team Store. Fans can also purchase the jersey at all Ohio Machine home games at Fortress Obetz.
The blue and white jerseys, designed in collaboration with New Balance, feature black striping along the shoulder, and gears embedded into a grey background that covers the rest of the arm. The gears are also present in the grey piping that runs down the sides of each jersey and shorts. A red star, paying homage to the 2017 Major League Lacrosse Championship, appears on the back of the neck below the New Balance logo.
This season, the Ohio Machine wordmark appears across the middle of the chest, and will match the color of the number, in blue on the away jersey and white on the home jersey. The New Balance logo shifts to the upper right chest from the previous uniforms. The collar is black behind the shoulders, and blue in the front on both uniforms.
Fans can see the Machine take the field in their new uniforms with a season membership package. Fans who purchase the package will also receive playoff priority as the Machine look to defend their title.
