Acadiana Cane Cutters News Release
The Acadiana Cane Cutters will be holding "LSU Night" @ Fabacher Field on Saturday, July 30th. NEW LSU Pitching Coach Alan Dunn will take the mound for the ceremonial first pitch! All fans are invited to wear their purple and gold to show their LSU pride while supporting the Cane Cutters as they host the Alexandria Aces. First pitch is scheduled for 7 pm.
Coach Dunn has 22 years of experience as a pitching coach on the professional level. Named in June as the pitching coach for LSU by Coach Paul Mainieri, Dunn was the minor league pitching coordinator for the Baltimore Orioles where he also served as the bullpen coach for the parent organization in 2007-2010.
