(LONDON, ON) The London Lightning are pleased to announce that we have signed veteran big man, Randy Phillips for the 2019-2020 season.
After a solid first season in the National Basketball League of Canada last year with the Saint John Riptide, the Lightning have brought in 6'8 Randy Phillips to shore up the frontcourt. The 6'8 Phillips looks to improve during his second NBL season and will bring a much needed toughness and competitive fire to the Lightning.
"Randy is a warrior. Last season he has a compound fracture and was supposed to be out 6 weeks. The next game he taped his finger up and suited up and put together a dominating performance. He is as tough as they come and is a winner. I am looking forward to adding him to our roster. He exudes toughness and Grit" - Doug Plumb, Head Coach
