New York Lizards News Release
Boston, MA (September 19, 2005) - The Long Island Lizards of Major League Lacrosse (MLL), the premier professional outdoor lacrosse league, announced today their 10-man Protected List as the MLL Expansion Draft approaches. The expansion franchises of Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles and San Francisco will have the opportunity to select any of the Lizards 10 "unprotected" players at the draft, which takes place on November 1, 2005 at 1:00 PM ET.

The ten players not included on either list have been placed in the league's player pool, and could be re-acquired by the Lizards in the MLL Supplemental Draft in January.
