
Lizards Make Three Appearances on ESPN2 this Summer

The Long Island Lizards will have three regular season games televised on ESPN2 this summer, as part of the 2004 Major League Lacrosse Game of the Week. The 12-game schedule begins on Tuesday, June 1, and concludes with a live telecast of the New Balance Championship Game on Sunday, August 22 at 1:00 PM.
Long Island's June 12 game against the Boston Cannons at Mitchel Field will be televised on tape-delay on Tuesday, June 15 at 4:00 PM. The Lizards will return to National Television on Tuesday, July 17 at 2:00 PM, when their July 15 game against the Bridgeport Barrage at the Ballpark at Harbor Yard will be aired. Long Island's final regular season television appearance comes on Tuesday, August 3 at 4:00 PM, when their July 30 game against the Rochester Rattlers at Mitchel Field will be aired.
The World Champion Lizards kick off the 2004 season on Saturday, May 22nd, when they take on the Boston Cannons at Boston University's Nickerson Field. Long Island Lizards home games are played at Mitchel Athletic Complex in Uniondale, NY. The Lizards are offering a $75 season ticket special for all orders placed before February 29th.
