
Lightning Beat Express in Home Return

(LONDON, ON) The London Lightning returned back to the Budweiser Gardens and answered with a 99-98 win over the Windsor Express. This is the first of three games played this weekend.
Leading the charge was Mo Bolden with a game high 28 points and 15 rebounds. Playing 39 minutes, Bolden went 4-7 from the three point line while adding four blocks.
Jelan Kendrick made his season NBL of Canada debut. The newcomer registered nine points along with three rebounds and four assists in a limited 17 minutes of action. Kendrick was very impressed with the teams defensive game. "We executed on what we had to do to get the win when it mattered."
Xavier Moon and Kevin Ware each hit double digits, scoring 20 and 10 points respectively.
