Liberty to Host Annual Women's Health Game on Sunday, August 6 Presented by Empire BlueCross BlueShield

NEW YORK - The New York Liberty will host its annual Women's Health Game presented by Empire BlueCross BlueShield on Sunday, August 6 when the team takes on the Las Vegas Aces at 3 p.m. ET in front of a projected sellout crowd at Barclays Center.

Furthering the Liberty's mission to embrace and uplift the women in our community, programming will begin with a pregame Women's Health Fair on the Ticketmaster Plaza from 12:30 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. The event is completely free to the public and will include the following activations:

Mammogram screenings provided by Mount Sinai (from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m.)

ShapeUp NYC dance class programming

Additional resources and information provided by Empire BlueCross BlueShield, Shady Grove Fertility, and Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation.

To raise support and awareness for the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation, the New York Liberty will donate $500 for every assist by Courtney Vandersloot throughout the game, followed by $100 for each Vandersloot assist at home throughout the remainder of the regular season.

Additionally, the first 2,000 guests in attendance will receive an exclusive Women's Health tote bag courtesy of Empire BlueCross BlueShield.
