SUMMER SERIES: Tonight's game is the final meeting of the season series between the Liberty and Silver Stars ... If New York scores a victory, it would be the team's second series sweep of the summer and the first series sweep in the all-time history against San Antonio since 2004.

LAST TIME AROUND: The Liberty achieved its first win in the Lone Star State against the Silver Stars since the 2006 season with its 77-71 victory on May 28 ... Four of Nicole Powell's 15 points came in the last 24 seconds to help New York secure its first road victory the of summer.

THE CONFERENCE CLIMB: With the win over the Sky on July 23 at Allstate Arena, the Liberty swept the season series sweep (4-0) against Chicago ... In the remaining Conference series, the Liberty is holds the edge in one (vs. Sun) and trails in three (vs. Fever, Dream & Mystics) ... New York holds the edge in tonight's series and Friday's series versus the Sparks, and is seeking its first home win versus a Western Conference opponent since August 23, 2009.

HOME SWEET HOME: Tonight, the Liberty start its second three-game home-stand of the season after returning from a three-game road trip this past weekend ... New York went 2-1 in that trip, its last three-game stretch of road games for the summer ... The Liberty will host one more trio of home games next month, which will include its final two match-ups against non-Conference opponents.

ROOKIE IN NAME ONLY: Rookie Kalana Greene exploded off the bench for 11 points on five-of-seven shooting in the Liberty's win over the top ranked Mystics on July 15 ... Greene added one blocked shot, one steal, one assist and one rebound in 20 minutes of play ... The UCONN alumna has made appearances in all games and is the team's second leading reserve scorer with 5.3 points per outing.
