Lehigh Valley Outlaws host Team Introduction Party

The Steelers may have won Super Bowl XL to end the NFL season. But, in Bethlehem, it's first ever Professional Football team is just starting. Are you Ready for some Football?

The Lehigh Valley Outlawz hosted a Team Introduction Party at the Holiday Inn in Bethlehem, PA tonight. The Owner, James DePaul, announced that this new Professional Indoor Football Team will begin play in the Great Lakes Indoor Football League (GLIFL) in April.

Construction is underway at the Stabler Arena @ Lehigh University and Televised Broadcast of all Home (and some away) will be handled through an Exclusive arrangement with Service Electric Cable TV (SECTV) on their TV2Sports Channel. This Invitation Only eevnet also premiered the Outlawz third commercial set to air now in the Lehigh Valley. They have also filmed three segments of SportsScene on TV2, which have aired, along with spots on Accuweather and WFMZ.

DePaul also introduced his brother, Mike as the teams General Manager. The entire Coaching Staff is now in place including Head Coach Bob Kohler, John Johnson, Clayton Cargill and Al Forsythe. Dr. Dan Reyes is the Team Physician and head trainer. Bobbi Jo Gildner is the lady Outlawz Dance Coordinator and Connie Rosario is the Choreographer.

The 2006 Captains were announced Larry Koch WR (Allentown), Joe Wooten DB (Liberty), Chris Reed K (Muhlenberg) , Mike Ramos LB (Boyertown) and Chad Schwenk QB (Whitehall). The complete squad will not be announced until March 16.

However, the Lady Outlawz squad is complete featuring a former 76er dancer and former eagles Cheerleader. They are: Kelly Drust, Chrissy Iannelli, Brittany Berard, Gabrielle Grube, Andrea Kiechel, Kiara Senick, Valerie Walker, Genie Wooten, Monica Brock, Rebecca Nunez, Mandy Heller, Amber Guempel and Kate Schartel; and all proud to call the Lehigh Valley home.

All Tickets, along with Outlawz Merchandise are now on sale. TGF Screenprinting of Hellertown is the Exclusive Retailer of the Outlawz. Also introduced were Ticket Sales Manager Michele Chasky, Marketing Reps Jason Prugar, JJ Horvath and James Galley.

With the team now fully intact there are also Sponsorship, Advertising and Promotional Opprtunities now available. Some current affiliates introduced included Holiday Inn, WZZO, Wired96.5, Adams Equipment, Residential Alarm Company and Skye Designs.
