Indiana Ice News Release
INDIANAPOLIS - The Indiana Ice face a tough test this weekend as they host the league-leading Dubuque Fighting Saints on Friday from Pan Am Plaza and Saturday from Bankers Life Fieldhouse on "Hockey for Heart" night, presented by St. Vincent Heart Center of Indiana.
Indy is coming off an exciting 4-3 win over the Youngstown Phantoms on Saturday. The Ice rallied for three goals in the first period to snap a three-game road losing streak. Austin Ortega led the charge with a pair of goals while Zach Aman and Alex Talcott also registered scores in the contest. Dalton Izyk went 29-for-32 in net to notch his third win in four games.
This will mark the first time the Ice and Saints have faced off against each other in the 2012-2013 campaign. The teams last met in the second round of the 2012 Clark Cup Playoffs when Indy swept Dubuque, outscoring the Saints 14-6 in three contests en route to an Eastern Conference Finals berth.
Saturday's contest is the annual "Hockey for Heart" night, presented by St. Vincent Heart Center of Indiana. The Radio Disney Road Crew will also be on hand to interact with fans.
Single-game tickets start at $11 for Bankers Life Fieldhouse games and general admission tickets for Pan Am Plaza games are $10.
