Las Vegas Legends Announces Official 2012 -2013 Tryout Dates

The Legends are looking for players interested in taking their game to the next level. Legends Head Coach Greg Howes and his technical staff are hosting a open Local and National tryout.
"It is our goal to blend some of our current local players with players identified through our trials as well as current players from other clubs around the country and globe" stated Howes.

The Legends trial process will begin with a local tryout for all interested players from the Southern Nevada region. $40 per player which includes administrative fees, tournament fees and a legends t-shirt. Legends trials will be held August 20 and 21 at Las Vegas Indoor Soccer Complex (NW of the Strip). Players selected from the local trial will be invited back on August 25th to participate in a round robin tournament of games with other Legends prospects. At the conclusion of the tournament LAS VEGAS LEGENDS WILL ANNOUNCE "THE FIRST LOCAL PLAYER TO BE SIGNED"
Other players that are identified after the local tryout will be invited back on Sept. 1st and 2nd to join National Player ID combine.
The Las Vegas Legends National Player ID Combine (Sept. 1,2) will consist of the top players and teams from across the country participating in a cash tournament. All individual players will be put on teams and teams will participate as a team. The 1st and 2nd place teams will receive a cash prize. Individual players registration is $60.00 for the Combine and team registration is $595.00.
The Legends coaching staff will be attending all games and evaluating players to be selected and offered playing contracts for the 2012-2013 PASL season.

The Las Vegas Legends are the 15th team in the PASL (Professional Arena Soccer League). The Legends will call the Orleans Hotel and Casino home for its 10 home game schedule (Nov-Mar).
