LA Galaxy II Host Rochester Rhinos at StubHub Center

CARSON, Calif. (Tuesday, June 10, 2014) - LA Galaxy II (8-2-3, 27 points) will host the Rochester Rhinos (4-3-5, 17 points) on Wednesday in USL PRO Week 13 at StubHub Center's main soccer stadium at 7:30 p.m. PT. All of the action will be streamed live via lagalaxy.com and the club's YouTube channel with play-by-play commentary from LA Galaxy broadcast veteran Joe Tutino.

Curt Onalfo's squad will then play their third game in seven days when they travel to the Southeast to face the Charleston Battery at Blackbaud Stadium on Saturday, June 14 at 4:30 p.m. PT.

This will mark the first time the LA Galaxy II will face both the Rochester Rhinos and the Charleston Battery in USL PRO action.

Currently sitting in sixth place in the USL PRO standings with 17 points, the Rhinos are coming off a 3-2 loss against the Pittsburgh Riverhounds at Sahlen's Stadium on Saturday night. Brian Fekete, Rob Vincent and Jose Angulo had the goals as the Riverhounds claimed their first victory in Rochester in club history after Minh Vu had given the Rhinos the lead, and JC Banks pulled a goal back late from the penalty spot.

The Charleston Battery, who currently rank eighth in the USL PRO standings, enter the game on the back of a bye week after suffering a 2-0 defeat to Orlando City SC on May 31 at ESPN Wide World of Sports in Florida. The Battery's previous USL PRO match was a 1-0 win against the Pittsburgh Riverhounds on May 24 at Blackbaud Stadium. Midfielder Amadou Sanyang scored the lone goal, volleying home from close range in the first half.

Los Dos will have a three-game road swing after Wednesday's game as they travel to Charleston Battery on June 14, Arizona United SC on June 21, and Orlando City SC on June 28.

On Sunday, LA Galaxy II handed the Dayton Dutch Lions a 5-1 defeat at StubHub Center. LA Galaxy II's goal rush in the first half helped Los Dos extend their winning streak to two games as Homegrown players Jack McBean and Bradford Jamieson IV both scored a brace while Charlie Rugg added one before halftime to give Los Dos a 5-0 victory.
