
Kickers And MARTIN'S Enter Partnership

RICHMOND, VA - (Wednesday, April 7, 2010) - The Richmond Kickers are pleased to announce their new corporate partnership with MARTIN'S, the Official Grocery Store of the Richmond Kickers. The relationship between MARTIN'S and the Kickers will include both elements from professional team and youth club, as MARTIN'S will have a strong presence throughout the entire organization.
"MARTIN'S has a long history of supporting a wide range of community groups and organizations," said Jim Scanlon, MARTIN'S regional vice president. "As a company that promotes healthy lifestyles and improving the lives of children, we are excited to partner with the Kickers on a variety of programs that focus on both throughout the season."
MARTIN'S will implement their sponsorship throughout the Kickers nationally renowned Club Model. In addition to being the Official Grocery Store of the Richmond Kickers, MARTIN'S will have a significant presence at various youth soccer events throughout the year, including the three Kickers Youth. Additionally, the Kickers and MARTIN'S will be planning a food drive to take place this summer that will benefit the Richmond community.
