Kentucky Karma Unveils New Logo

Nashville, TN-The National Women's Football Association (NWFA) has unveiled the logo for the Kentucky Karma expansion team. The Karma is one of several expansion teams for the 2005 season.

The NWFA worked with FS designs to produce the logo for the Karma. Francis Santaquiliani, Owner of FS Designs, has produced all of the logos for the league's team since the league was founded. Santaquiliani is well known in the sports industry as one of the premiere logo artists and his work can be seen at many professional and collegiate games. The new Karma logo can be seen on the league website, www.womensfootballassociation.com.

Several key staff appointments have been made with Willie Washington being named the Head Coach and Terry Haysley acting as the interim Marketing Director. The team is currently looking for an owner. Ownership details may be obtained by contacting the league office at (615) 860-4084.

The National Women's Football Association is the largest league in the world for women's football with 39 teams in 24 states! The league starts its fourth season in April and is looking forward to increasing the fan base and national exposure for the league and its teams. Last year The World Championship Game was held at the Vanderbilt University stadium in Nashville in front of nearly 6,000 fans. The league website receives over 3 Million hits per month.
