Kelusky nets awards for eight-goal performance

Tracey Kelusky of the Calgary Roughnecks earned the Overall and Offensive Player of the Week Honors for Week #16. Kelusky lead the Roughnecks to a 20-12 victory over the Toronto Rock tallying a total of 10 points on eight goals and two assists. A pair of Minnesota Swarm players rounded out the Week #16 Awards as goaltender Nick Patterson was named the Defensive Player of the Week and rookie forward Ryder Bateman was named the Rookie of the Week.
Tracey Kelusky of the Calgary Roughnecks earned the Overall and Offensive Player of the Week Honors for Week #16 for a ten point performance in a 20-12 win over the Toronto Rock. Kelusky scored eight goals and added two assists for ten points and collected three loose balls in the Roughnecks regular season finale. Kelusky is the first Roughneck to win Offensive or Overall Player of the Week Honors this season. The Roughnecks return to action in the Champion's Cup Semifinals on Saturday, April 30th at 8pm Mountain and will host the winner of the Colorado Mammoth at Arizona Sting West Division Champion's Cup Opening Round match-up.
Nick Patterson of the Minnesota Swarm was named the Week #16 Defensive Player of the Week for his performance in a 14-12 home win over the Philadelphia Wings. Patterson recorded 45 saves, allowed 12 goals, and recorded an assist in the victory. The second year goaltender recorded his first win of the season in his first game action since suffering a knee injury on March 5th. Patterson's performance in net helped lead the Swarm to victory in their final game of their inaugural season.
Ryder Bateman of the Minnesota Swarm earned Rookie of the Week honors for his performance in a 14-12 home win over the Philadelphia Wings on Friday. Bateman, who was also the Week #7 Rookie of the Week, scored three goals and added an assist for four points and collected three loose balls in the Swarm victory. Bateman's performance helped lead the Swarm to victory in their final game of their inaugural season.

OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Tracey Kelusky (Calgary) â (8g, 2a, 10pts, 3lb) scored eight goals and added two assists for 10 points and collected three loose balls in a 20-12 home win over Toronto on Sunday.
DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK
Nick Patterson (Minnesota) â (45 saves, 12GA, 1A) recorded 45 saves and allowed 12 goals in a 14-12 home win over Philadelphia on Friday. In his first game action since suffering a knee injury on March 5th, Patterson also recorded an assist and recorded his first win of the season.

Ryder Bateman (Minnesota) â (3g, 1a, 4pts, 3lb) scored three goals and added an assist for four points and collected three loose balls in a 14-12 home win over Philadelphia on Friday.
