
Jr. Hat Tricks Fall in Series Finale

ATTLEBORO, MA - The Danbury Hat Tricks (9-24-3-0, 21 pts) had three different goal scorers on Monday in a 6-3 loss to the Northeast Generals (22-16-0-1, 45 pts).
Northeast jumped out to a 3-0 lead early in the second, but the Hat Tricks soon responded. Just 54 seconds after the third goal, Boris Skalos scored his ninth of the season.
Danbury trailed by three heading into the final frame, but started quickly in the third period. Nine seconds into the final 20, Peter Lychnikoff scored his sixth goal of the year.
Late in the game, the Hat Tricks kept putting pucks on Northeast's net. With 4:36 left, Andrew Eberling pounced to score his fifth goal this year.
Boris Skalos added an assist on Eberling's goal to record a multi-point game. The Hat Tricks had a multi-point scorer for the second-straight game as Luka Sukovic notched a goal and an assist in Sunday's game.
The Jr. Hat Tricks return home on Friday and Saturday to face-off against the Johnstown Tomahawks
