Joel Kindred, Jason Calliste Named Players of the Week

The National Basketball League of Canada is pleased to announce that Joel Kindred of the Kitchener-Waterloo titans has been named Player of the Week for the week ending February 27, 2022.
Kindred, a 6'4" shooting guard who played collegiately at St. Augustine's (Raleigh, N.C.) helped lead the Titans to three victories in the NBL's opening week. Kindred averaged 21.8 points in four games, including going 12-for-24 from 3-point range.
The National Basketball League of Canada is also pleased to announce that Jason Calliste of the Sudbury Five has been named Canadian Player of the Week for the week ending February 27, 2022.
Calliste, a 6'2" point guard who played collegiately at Oregon, averaged 18.5 points in four Sudbury contests this week, along with 16 combined assists.
