The Portland Pickles baseball club will be holding a Jobs Fair for part-time employees for the 2016 season this Saturday at the Wattles Boys and Girls Club. The fair will be held from 10:00 am to 12 noon. The Wattles Boys and Girls Club is located on SE Harold just east of SE 92nd Avenue.
The Pickles will hire dozens of part-time staff and are looking for qualified, customer service oriented and outgoing individuals to work at Walker Stadium for the team's 33-home games, plus a Movies In The Park event.
The following positions are among those available: concession workers, beer pourers, ushers, cashiers, ticket sellers, ticket takers, P.A. announcer, scorekeeper, music maestro, and more.
Working for the Pickles is a fun experience, but a very serious job. Part-time employees must be at least 16-years-old.

The Pickles plan to have 35 players reporting at the end of May for the season, which begins on the road June 3. The team can have 25 active players for each of the Great West League's 60-games. The Pickles 30-home games will be played at the renovated Walker Stadium at SE Holgate Blvd. and SE 92nd Avenue in East Portland. Opening night at Walker Stadium is June 10.
