
JetHawks Loses to Inland Empire 16-7

(Lancaster, CA) - Steve Garrabrants had his second four-hit game of the year for the JetHawks on Tuesday night. However, the Inland Empire 66ers downed the JetHawks 16-7 on Tuesday night at Clear Channel Stadium at Lancaster, CA.
Garrabrants collected three singles and an RBI triple. It was his 58th RBI of the year.
Jay Garthwaite also had three hits, including a home run, for the JetHawks.
For the second night in a row the 66ers hit five home runs in the game. A 10-run third inning for Inland Empire opened a big lead that the JetHawks could not recover from.
Lancaster has been outscored 26-8 over the first two games of the series.
Game three of the four-game series with Inland Empire is Wednesday night at Clear Channel Stadium. Russ Ortiz will pitch for the JetHawks as he makes a rehab start for the Diamondbacks. Momba Riveria will get the ball for the 66ers in the 7:00 P.M.
