
Jeff Hubert Appointed WHL Director, Communications

CALGARY, AB. - WHL Commissioner Ron Robison announced today that Jeff Hubert has been appointed to the position of Director, Communications at the WHL Office in Calgary. The appointment is effective immediately.
Hubert joined the WHL Office in August, 2006 and has managed the WHL's in-house video system and technology functions for the past seven (7) seasons. In his new role, Hubert will be responsible to manage all WHL Communications functions including the on-line network, broadcast partnerships, media relations and social media platforms. Hubert will also continue to oversee all video production and technology functions in the Calgary based WHL Office.
Hubert replaces Cory Flett who will be leaving the organization at the end of March after spending the past six (6) seasons with the League. The Western Hockey League wishes to congratulate Jeff Hubert on his new appointment and thank Cory Flett for his many years of dedicated service to the WHL.
