
Jaylen Bland, Jordan Jensen-Whyte Named Players of the Week

The National Basketball League of Canada is pleased to announce that Jaylen Bland of the Sudbury Five has been named Player of the Week for the week ending April 10, 2022.
Bland, a 6'3" guard who played collegiately at Cal-Riverside, averaged 32.5 points, 6.5 rebounds and 5.0 assists in two Sudbury games this week, both wins for the Five.
The National Basketball League of Canada is also pleased to announce that Jordan Jensen-Whyte of the London Lightning has been named Canadian Player of the Week for the week ending April 10, 2022.
Jensen-Whyte, a 6'5" guard from Calgary who played collegiately at the University of British Columbia, averaged 12.3 pts and 7.3 rebounds in three London victories. In the April 10 game against Flint, Jensen-Whyte pulled down a team-high 16 rebounds to go with his 29 points.
