NEW YORK – Los Angeles Avengers offensive specialist CHRIS JACKSON needs eight more touchdown receptions to claim the season record (46 – MIKE HORACEK, 2000). The former Washington State receiver is averaging three scoring catches per game. Entering this Sunday's game against the Arizona Rattlers (NBC, 3 p.m. ET), Jackson has recorded 100 receptions for 1,417 yards and 39 touchdowns and is No. 2 overall in scoring (236 points).

No other AFL receiver is on pace to surpass the record. Colorado's DAMIAN HARELL and Grand Rapids' TERRILL SHAW are on pace to break into the Top 10 in the category.
