Milwaukee Mustangs News Release
MILWAUKEE - The Milwaukee Iron added All-Arena experience to their roster today by signing NFL and AFL veteran Khreem Smith. Smith won an ArenaBowl title as a standout defensive lineman with the Chicago Rush in 2006. That same season he was named to the All-AFL Second Team and All-AFL Rookie Team, while leading the league in forced fumbles and finishing second in sacks.
"The Iron are extremely excited to have Khreem Smith in Milwaukee for 2010. Khreem is one of the elite defensive linemen in Arena Football today. He has been an All-Arena performer for the two previous years of his Arena Football career, winning championships in both of those years, and we expect he will bring the same level of play to Milwaukee. Our signing of Khreem Smith today is proof that the Milwaukee Iron and Arena Football One are attracting the very best players in the business," said Iron general manager Jason Clark.
