February 9, 2010 - Arena Football League (AFL)
Milwaukee Mustangs News Release

MILWAUKEE - The Milwaukee Iron announced today that they have five different areas of interest for their 2010 summer game day internships. The Iron will mentor college students looking to break into the professional sports world in areas such as ticket information, media services, video coordinating, football operations and game operations. Internships will last from April 16 through July 17 with the possibility of gaining additional experience in the front office on non-game days.

Summer interns will work each Milwaukee Iron home game, completing a variety of tasks and gaining beneficial experience in the professional sports industry. This is a great opportunity for young professionals to learn the inner workings of a professional sports team and interact with arena football teams from all over the country as the Iron play host to legendary Arena Football League opponents such as the Arizona Rattlers, Cleveland Gladiators, Chicago Rush, Tampa Bay Storm, Iowa Barnstormers, Orlando Predators, Utah Blaze and Spokane Shock.

If you or someone you know is interested in applying for an internship with the Milwaukee Iron please email a resume and cover letter to either Mike Kennedy at mkennedy@mkeiron.com (for media services, video coordinating, football operations and game operations internships) or Brandon Stec at bstec@mkeiron.com (for ticket information internships). Details of all the available internships can be found at www.mkeiron.com in.pdf form as well as an attachment in this email.

Iron season tickets are currently on sale, starting as low as $50.
