Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Yankees News Release

Moosic, PA - Barbecue and baseball have gone hand and hand as long as the game has been played and is a staple at ballparks throughout the Major and minor leagues. PNC Field is the latest stadium to get on board with the ballpark favorite. Legends Hospitality Management has partnered with Bo Brothers, the Wyoming, Pennsylvania based Kansas City style BBQ restaurant, which will open a second location to be known as Bo Brothers at PNC Field.

Bo Brothers original location in Wyoming is known through out Northeast Pennsylvania as the place to go for authentic Kansas-City BBQ and features pulled pork, smoked wings, half chickens, ribs and brisket. Bo Brothers will add equipment at PNC Field including their BBQ smoker to ensure the highest quality and best tasting BBQ.

Legends Hospitality Management will continue as the concessionaire and caterer at PNC Field entering its second year of a long term agreement. Legends Chief Operating Officer Dan Smith says Legends approach of bringing in outside restaurants began with the opening of Yankee Stadium in 2009. "We are excited to partner with Bo Brothers! They have a strong reputation and following. Bringing in a high quality restaurant to a venue is nothing new for us. We have numerous arrangements with New York City restaurants at Yankee Stadium which do an outstanding job for all of the Yankees fans. Allowing a local vendor to operate the restaurant provides Legends the opportunity to service our fans with the best concessions and catering service we possibly can."

The new location at PNC Field will be open seven days a week beginning at 11:00 AM. Bo Brothers will make their newest venture a year round operation and is committed to providing an excellent dining and fan experience to everyone that visits Bo Brothers at PNC Field.

Bo Brothers at PNC Field is now open at PNC Field and will celebrate its Grand Opening on the day of the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Yankees home opener on Thursday, April 8th when the Yankees open the 2010 season vs. the Buffalo Bisons.
