
Interviews with Coaches Gilbert Brown and Chris Williams Highlight "This Week In The IFL"

Richmond, VA: The Indoor Football League has a strong line-up of coaches this season, two of which will be featured in this week's all new edition of "This Week in the IFL" Internet Radio Show. Join host Denis J. Puska as he visits with La Crosse Spartan's Head Coach Gilbert Brown and West Texas Roughnecks' Head Coach Chris Williams.
Brown spent nine seasons in the National Football League with the Green Bay Packers. He played in 140 games, including 15 in the playoffs (Second only to Brett Favre in Packer history). Brown was a key contributor on the 1996 Super Bowl winning Packers. He is now the man in charge of the expansion Spartans.
Williams is a seasoned veteran of the indoor football game and has had several successful seasons as Head Coach with the Roughnecks. In 2006 he led the team to the Intense Football League Championship. He hopes to keep his team near the top of the Lonestar West Division again this year. One of the Roughnecks top special teams players is also on the show as Week Two Vidswap.com Special Teams Player of the Week Johnny Anderson will discuss playing on both offense and defense.

The Indoor Football League was created in 2008 from a merger between the Intense Football League and United Indoor Football Association. It consists of 25 teams located across the United States from Alaska to Washington D.C. The season kicked off Friday February 26th and will conclude with the United Bowl on Saturday July 17th.
