Important Information: Kids Day Game & this Weekend
October 2, 2019 - North American Hockey League (NAHL)
Topeka Pilots News Release
We hope are you ready for an exciting game! With over 3,400 local students from the greater Topeka area attending, we wanted to you to be aware of a few things before you arrive tomorrow (Thursday) morning for the game.
PARKING
All season ticket holders and general public should use the parking lot between the handicap and southwest entrances as buses will fill the lot between handicap and northeast (Box Office) entrances.
DOORS
Doors will open at 8:30am to be sure we have plenty of time to get everyone in the building before the puck drops at 10:30am.
Season ticket holders and general public should only use the handicap and southwest entrances. All schools will be using the northeast entrance.
The Handicap entrance elevator is working for those who require it.
SEATING
All season ticket holders and general public will sit in section 105 or on the southwest upper deck. With all the students coming we had to combine all season ticket holders and general public to one section in order to fit as many students as possible in the lower bowl (and we didn't figure many of you would particularly enjoy sitting in the middle of a section of elementary school kids).
There is handicap accessible seating at the top of section 105 for those who need it.
CONCESSIONS
There will only be one concession stand open for this game behind section 111 on the southwest concourse. The stand will open at 9:30am.
IN-GAME ENTERTAINMENT
We will not have merchandise on sale at the Kids Day Game.
There will be no Chuck-A-Puck during the second intermission. Instead we will have educational intermission performances by the Topeka Zoo (make sure you don't miss this one, it's going to be entertaining for all ages) and D.A.R.E..
FRIDAY, OCTOBER 4 | 7:05pm
FAITH AND FAMILY NIGHT
The Fellowship Bible Church praise and worship band will join us to play music pregame and during the first intermission!
Friday Family Four packs are now available at the Box Office for every Friday home game! Four tickets to the game, four hot dogs and four drinks - an $85 value for just $70! You can purchase yours as you arrive at the game, or we strongly suggest visiting the box office during regular business hours during the week to avoid waiting in the walk-up ticket line.
SATURDAY, OCTOBER 5 | 7:05pm
PUCKS AND PAWS
Bring your dog to the game and join the first intermission on-ice pet parade to show them off to the crowd!
Purchase your $5 dog ticket at Helping Hands Humane Society during regular business hours (cash or card) or at the door from the Helping Hands table when you arrive on Saturday (cash only).
There will be adoptable pets from Helping Hands on the concourse and local business who can help keep your fur baby looking its best.
