
Import Pick Kimi Körbler Commits to 67's

OTTAWA - The Ottawa 67's have received a commitment from 2023 second-round import forward Kimi Körbler, the team announced, today.
"Kimi is a speedy, skilled player, who recently gained international experience with Switzerland's U-18 team," said 67's General Manager James Boyd. "Kimi's skill package will be a complement to our current group of forwards."
Körbler, 16, was selected 117th overall by Ottawa in the 2023 Canadian Hockey League Import Draft. He played primarily for his hometown Davos U17 program, last season, scoring 21 goals and 22 assists, for 43 points in 24 games, and an additional six goals and three assists in six playoff games. Körbler also spent six games with Davos' U20 squad, potting a goal and three assists, totaling four points.
At the 2023 Hlinka Gretzky Cup, Körbler suited up in four games with Switzerland, posting an assist.
