The Indoor Football League (IFL) is proud to announce the Week 2 Vidswap.com Players of the Week.

OFFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Jameel Sewell (QB,Nebraska)

The Nebraska Danger have started off to a 2-0 start for the second time in franchise's five year history in part to QB Jameel Sewell's stellar week 2 performance against the Wichita Falls Nighthawks. In the team's first home game of the season, Sewell had an stunning performance in the air as he completed 13 of 19 passes for 205 yards and three touchdowns. The 2013 IFL MVP proved to be a strong threat on the ground as he rushed for 20 yards and two touchdowns in the Danger's 45-30 victory over the Nighthawks. The Danger travel to Wichita Falls this week to face a rematch with the Nighthawks.

DEFENSIVE PLAYER OF THE WEEK: Dequan Starling (DB, Sioux Falls Storm)

The reigning IFL United Bowl Champion Sioux Falls Storm have started 2015 right where they left off in 2014 after gaining victories on the road against the Axemen and Titans to start the season. Against the Titans, DB Dequan Starling made a huge play that sprung the momentum of the game in the Storm's direction. Midway through the second quarter Starling intercepted a pass at his own goal line and raced back 50 yards for a Storm touchdown. The interception return for a touchdown helped give the Storm a lead the team would never relinquish. Starling finished the game five tackles, fumble recovery and an interception returned for a touchdown. The Storm stay on the road, for a third consecutive week, and travel to play the Colorado Ice this weekend.

SPECIAL TEAMS PLAYER OF THE WEEK: DeMarkus Washington (KR, Wichita Falls Nighthawks)

The Wichita Falls Nighthawks got off to an electrifying start against the defending Intense Conference Champion, Nebraska Danger last week in part to KR DeMarkus Washington's efforts. Washington took the opening kickoff of the game back 50 yards for a touchdown to help give the Nighthawks an early lead. Washington would finish the game with five kickoff returns for 92 yards and a touchdown.
