The Indoor Football League is proud to announce the All-IFL Second Team Offense selections.
Quarterback - Drew Powell, Arizona Rattlers
Powell only played in 12 games this season, but it's hard to overstate how important he was to the Rattlers. Powell threw for 2,128 yards and 45 touchdowns and helped to lead the Rattlers to an eight-game winning streak as they claimed the No. 1 seed in the West.
Running Back - Justin Rankin, Bay Area Panthers
Rankin was part of a three-headed attack that helped the Panthers grab the No. 2 seed in the West. He ran for 791 yards and 38 touchdowns.
Wide Receiver - Ramaud Chiaokhiao-Bowman, Northern Arizona Wranglers
Chiaokhiao-Bowman helped the Wranglers earn a playoff spot in 2023. He was second in the league with 967 receiving yards and led the league with 26 receiving touchdowns.
Wide Receiver - JT Stokes, Bay Area Panthers
Stokes helped make Bay Area one of the most dangerous offenses in the league. He brought in 64 receptions for 768 yards and 23 touchdowns as Bay Area cruised to a home field playoff spot.
Wide Receiver - Marquise Irvin, Green Bay Blizzard
Irvin played in 15 games for the Blizzard and was nearly unstoppable. He tallied 886 receiving yards and 16 touchdowns while catching balls from Ja'rome Johnson and Max Meylor during the 2023 season.

Martin snapped the ball to Lorenzo Brown Jr. throughout most of the season. Martin was part of a crew that helped to keep Brown clean and earn a playoff spot.

Catchings was part of one of the best offenses in the league. Behind Catchings and the offensive line, the Panthers tallied 1,476 rushing yards and 2,242 passing yards.
Kicker - Gabriel Rui, Iowa Barnstormers
Rui converted a league leading 12 Deuces in 2023. He also had 11 field goals, which was ranked second in the league among all kickers.
