Idaho's Randy Livingston Named D-League.com Performer Of The Week

NEW YORK - Randy Livingston of the Idaho Stampede was named D-League.com Performer of the Week for games played during the week of April 7. Livingston averaged 26.5 points, 13.0 assists and 4.5 rebounds in two games for Idaho.

Livingston helped the Stampede win its final regular season game on Saturday night, recording 17 points and 16 assists. With two wins last week, Idaho finished with a 36-14 record, the best record in D-League history.

A guard from Louisiana State University, Livingston was named First Team All-Development League for the second straight season, having led the league with 10.4 assists per game to go with averages of 16.5 points and 4.5 rebounds in 43 games. During the season, Livingston, the 2007 D-League Most Valuable Player, also recorded a new single-game assist record with 22.

Other top performers in the D-League last week included Utah's Morris Almond, who averaged 31.4 points, shooting 9-of-18 from three-point range, and 5.0 rebounds in three games on assignment from the Utah Jazz; Albuquerque's Will Conroy, who averaged 28.5 points, 6.0 rebounds and 4.0 assists in two games; Idaho's Luke Jackson, who averaged 21.0 points, 5.0 rebounds and 5.0 assists in two games; Carlos Powell, who averaged 31.5 points, 6.0 rebounds and 4.5 assists in two games for Dakota; and Iowa's Courtney Sims, who averaged 26.0 points and 9.0 rebounds in three games.
