
Icehawks Front Office Relocating to McMorran Arena

PORT HURON, MI - The Port Huron Icehawks are relocating their front office to McMorran Arena. The office at 325 Huron Avenue will be closed on Thursday, August 27 and Friday, August 28 for moving and will reopen on Monday, August 31 in the arena at 701 McMorran Blvd.
The Icehawks phone number and office hours will remain the same. Current hours are Monday - Thursday, 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. and Friday, 9 a.m. - 12 p.m. After Labor Day, Friday hours will be extended to 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. During the season, the office will be open on game day Saturdays from 12 p.m. - 5p.m. and game day Sundays from 12 p.m. - 3 p.m. McMorran's current box office hours will not change.
The move is part of a joint-operating agreement between Kinney Management Group, which is run by Icehawks owner Larry Kinney, and McMorran Arena. The agreement was unanimously approved on Monday by the Port Huron City Council.
The Icehawks open the 2009-10 season at home on Saturday, October 17 versus the Fort Wayne Komets. Season tickets are on sale now.
