IceDiggers head to NAHL Showcase

Alpena MI: With the exhibition season coming to a close last weekend and the Alpena IceDiggers finishing with a 2-0-1 record the team will now turn their attention to the NAHL showcase as the regular season schedule begins Wednesday Sept. 19th for the IceDiggers.

The IceDiggers are looking to make an impression at this year's showcase. "We played good at times during the preseason, we know in order to have success at the showcase we will have to compete every shift for sixty minutes in all four games." said 3rd year head coach Kenny Miller.

Alpena will play one member of the South division and three members of the NAHL's Central division. All games will count in the NAHL standings.

All four IceDigger games at the NAHL showcase can be seen live on B2 TV for only $6.00 per game. Fans can log onto www.icediggers.com for more information.
