Houston Lightning Announce 2010 Open Tryouts

Houston, TX - The Lightning, Houston's newest and only Professional Indoor Football Team, is pleased to extend this invitation to all professional and non-professional football players ages 18 and over.
Tryouts for this 2010 season will be held on Saturday, February 13, 2010 from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. IMPORTANT: Those players that are not pre-registered should arrive no later than 8:30 AM.
Tryouts will be held at Saint United Church, 350 Century Plaza Drive, Houston, TX 77073. This facility is one block north of Airtex and I-45N. Each participant will be required to pay a $50 Registration Fee and will receive an official Houston Lightning tryout t-shirt.
All participants will be tested in the following: 40yd Dash, 20yd Pro Shuttle, Standing broad Jump, and 185 / 225 Bench Press Repetitions. Participants will also be put through position specific drills for further evaluation. Players should bring proper footwear for both indoor and outdoor testing. (Flats and Cleats)
