Houston Dynamo Loan Two Players to RGV FC for Midweek Match at Portland Timbers II

HOUSTON - The Houston Dynamo have loaned goalkeeper Tyler Deric and defender Kevin Garcia to RGV FC for their match later this evening at Merlo Field in Portland, Ore. against Portland Timbers 2, the club announced today.

Deric has posted a record of 0-1-2 and kept one clean sheet in three appearances for the Toros this season. The goalkeeper was on loan with RGV last Wednesday as the Toros extended their unbeaten streak to four games with a 4-4 draw with LA Galaxy II.

This is the second loan stint this season for Garcia, who made his USL Championship season debut in a 0-0 draw on April 6 against New Mexico United. The 0-0 draw with New Mexico kicked off the current unbeaten run as RGV FC would go on to win their next two games at home prior to last Wednesday's game in Carson, Calif.

The match will be streamed live on ESPN+ beginning at 9:00 p.m. CDT.
