
Hounds/Spitfires Complete Draft Pick Deal

Just prior to the 3 p.m. trade deadline, the Soo Greyhounds Hockey Club announced they have completed a deal with the Windsor Spitfires involving three draft picks going between the two clubs.
The deal is as follows:
TO SSM:
Windsor's 7th Round pick in 2010 (140th overall)
Windsor's 2nd Round pick in 2013
TO WSR:
Sault Ste. Marie's 4th Round pick in 2010 (73rd overall - originally Saginaw's)
With this trade, the Greyhounds still remain with 14 picks in the 15-round draft. The breakdown now sees the Hounds with a selection in every round except the 4th round.
The 2010 OHL Priority Selection begins at 9 a.m. tomorrow (Saturday) morning, with the Hounds holding the 14th selection in the opening round.
