
Hischier, Dostie and Roy Named the Three Stars of the Week

BOUCHERVILLE- Nico Hischier, Alex Dostie and Nicolas Roy were named today the three stars of the week for November 7 to 13, 2016.
The Halifax Mooseheads' forward, Nico Hischier is the first star of the week. In 2 games, he scored 5 goals, added 4 assists and maintained a +4 rating. He was named the first star in both games. Saturday, against the Charlottetown Islanders, he recorded his 2^nd hat trick of the season and added one assist to lead the Mooseheads to a 7-4 victory. He is currently tied for second in League scoring with 34 points, one behing the leader.
Alex Dostie, of the Gatineau Olympiques, is the second star. He scored 4 goals with 5 assists as the Olympiques won all 3 games. He scored 4 goals and collected a total of 6 points on Friday as his team beat the Drummondville Voltigeurs 8-4. His 4 goals and 6 points are new personal highs for a single game in the QMJHL.
For the second week in a row, the third star is awarded to the Chicoutimi Saguenéens forward, Nicolas Roy. In 2 games, Roy was able to accumulate 7 points (4G, 3A) to help the Saguenéens win both home games. He scored his first hat trick of the season in a 7-4 win over the Cape Breton Screaming Eagles. He has 14 points in 5 games so far in November.
