Hawks Assign Jared Cunningham to Bakersfield Jam

ATLANTA, GA ----- The Atlanta Hawks have assigned guard Jared Cunningham to the Bakersfield Jam of the NBA Development League, it was announced today by President of Basketball Operations/General Manager Danny Ferry.
Cunningham has appeared in one game for the Hawks this season, logging four minutes at Denver (11/7).
While with the Dallas Mavericks last season, Cunningham played in 15 D-League games for the Texas Legends, and averaged 15.3 points, 3.0 assists, 2.9 rebounds and 1.2 steals in 34.5 minutes (.335 FG%, .721 FT%).
The Atlanta Hawks, a member of the National Basketball Association since 1949, play in the Southeast Division, along with the Charlotte Bobcats, Miami Heat, Orlando Magic and Washington Wizards.
