
Hammerheads Add Front Office Staff

Wilmington, NC - Wilmington Hammerheads FC is pleased to announce they have added new staff to their front office as they approach the 2014 USL PRO regular season. The Hammerheads have appointed Kelly Wenger as Ticket Sales Manager and Jessica Hotzelt as Ticket Sales Representative to strengthen the team's brand and drive ticket sales and other revenues.
The Hammerheads have also hired Tracy Meadows as the Club Accountant to conduct all bookkeeping and accounting aspects within the organization.
Wenger will be responsible for overseeing all business development, sales growth and day-to-day operations of the ticketing department. This includes the selling of season tickets, partial plans, and group tickets to companies and individuals in conjunction with Hotzelt.
Providing the highest level of customer service throughout the season, both will be points of contact for planning and coordinating group events on game days. All season ticket or group sales inquiries will also be directed through the Hammerheads ticketing department for maximum value and service.
Hotzelt will also be the point of contact for on-field promotions during game day.
Kelly Wenger has 12 years of experience in the sales industry. A graduate from Radford University in Virginia, Kelly was a four-year starter and Captain of the Women's Soccer Team. Originally from New Jersey, Kelly has been involved with soccer since the age of five and still plays locally in her free time.
Jessica Hotzelt is a recent graduate of Coastal Carolina University where she completed her degree in Recreation and Sports Management. Prior to this, Jessica attended Cape Fear Community College on a volleyball scholarship while completing her Associate in Arts. Jessica joined the Hammerheads as an intern during the 2013 USL PRO regular season where she gained experience within the organization.
Tracy Meadows joins the staff with an extensive background in various accounting and financial management roles. Tracy is a long-time resident of Wilmington and graduate of the University of North Carolina Wilmington with a degree in accounting. Tracy has previously worked with the City of Wilmington and Reeds Jewelers and currently provides bookkeeping and accounting services for Wilmington Downtown, Inc. (WDI).
Wilmington Hammerheads FC will continue into the 2014 USL PRO regular season with their current full-time staff; Jason Arnold as General Manager, Head Coach David Irving as Director of Soccer, Danielle Dorantich as Director of Marketing and Public Relations and Matt Sadler as Director of Development and Sponsorships.
