Grizzlies To Hold Tryouts

The ABA Gwinnett Gwizzlies have been swamped with agents contacting the franchise to take a look at free agent ballplayers with Georgia connection. Names such as UGA Chris Daniels,Tony Akins former Georgia Tech standout and Frankie King former Los Angeles Lakers draftee.Any free agents ballplayers added to the NBA Summer Pro league roster must meet the approval of Gwizzlies Head Coach Brian Couso and team adviser and NBA Coach Dennis Johnson states Gwizzlies officials.

Since the last tryout camp one week ago the franchise has also been flooded with ballplayers wanting to tryout for the Gwizzlies.Gwizzlies officials attributes the growing national popularity among ballplayers and agents to hard work,staying focus through bumps in the road and following the franchise philosophy,"an ABA team with NBA-like program."
