Graham, Tesink And Verreault-Paul Receive One-Game Suspensions

BOUCHERVILLE - The Quebec Major Junior Hockey League's disciplinary committee today suspended Ryan Graham, Brad Tesink and Francis Verreault-Paul.

Ryan Graham of the St. John's Fog Devils was suspended for one game for an illegal hit while Brad Tesink of the Acadie-Bathurst Titan was also suspended for one game for hitting an opponent with his stick. Both incidents happened during Game 3 of their playoff series.

Finally, Francis Verreault-Paul of the Chicoutimi Saguenéens received an automatic one-game suspension for butt-ending an opponent in last night's game versus the Quebec Remparts.

The decisions were rendered after reviewing the videotapes of the incidents and consulting all concerned parties. The suspensions are in effect as of today.

In accordance with the QMJHL policy in the matter of disciplinary sanctions, the disciplinary committee will not be available for further comment.
