Golden State Warriors Re-Assign Bazemore and Tyler to NBA D-League Affiliate Santa Cruz Warriors

NEW YORK, Dec. 27, 2012 - The Golden State Warriors today re-assigned Kent Bazemore and Jeremy Tyler to the Santa Cruz Warriors, Golden State's NBA Development League affiliate. The assignments are the record 79th and 80th of the 2012-13 NBA and NBA D-League seasons, while Bazemore and Tyler are two of 43 players who have been assigned to the NBA D-League this season.

Bazemore (6-5, 201, Old Dominion) has appeared in 15 games for Golden State this season, recording eight points and 24 minutes and returns to Santa Cruz following two previous assignments this season where he has an average of 22.5 points and 5.0 steals per game in two appearances.

Tyler (6-10, 260, San Diego High School) has appeared in 10 games for Golden State this season, averaging 1.3 points and 2.3 minutes. Tyler also rejoins Santa Cruz with his third assignment having played in two games earlier this season, posting averages of 9.5 points and 9.0 rebounds.

Bazemore and Tyler are expected to be in Santa Cruz today and available to play when the team hosts the Springfield Armor at Kaiser Permanente Arena in Santa Cruz at 10 p.m. ET.
